2. Summary

This website sets no cookies and loads no content from other providers unless you click on something yourself. Fonts are hosted on our own server. We process personal data when you write to us, call us or use the form, and in the technically necessary server logs. We count how often our pages are viewed with our own statistics on our server – without cookies and without third-party services.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider (Art. 28 GDPR).

When a page is accessed, the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, the page accessed, the previously visited page, browser and operating system. We need this data to operate the website securely and without errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.

4. Visitor statistics

To see which pages are read and how visitors find us, we count page views with our own statistics on our server. No script runs in your browser for this, no cookies are set and no information is stored on or read from your device. No other providers are involved.

We store: the page visited, date and time, the website you came from (only its name, not the exact page), campaign details in the link (utm parameters), device type, browser and operating system in broad groups, and your browser’s preferred language. If you follow a link to another website, your browser reports its address to us (HTML attribute “ping”). We count that an inquiry was sent via the form, without its content.

To group visits on the same day, we create a checksum (hash) from your IP address, your browser’s identifier and a random daily key. We replace the daily key every day; we do not store your IP address or browser identifier. After that, the checksum can be linked neither to you nor to your device – someone who visits on two days counts as two different visitors for us.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the statistics data after 24 months. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, we do not count your visits; this way you can object to the counting at any time.

5. Contact form, email and phone

When you write to us or call us, we use your details (name, email, and if you wish company and phone, topic, budget and your message) to answer your inquiry and, if applicable, to prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form sends your details to us by email via our own server; no other providers are involved. To prevent spam, we check without third-party services whether an invisible field was filled in and how quickly the form was submitted. To limit the number of inquiries per connection, we store a checksum (hash) of your IP address for one hour, not the address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We delete your inquiry once it has been dealt with. We only keep it longer if it leads to an order or if statutory retention obligations require it.

6. Fonts

The fonts of this website are hosted on our server. When a page loads, no connection is made to Google or other font providers.

7. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. That is why there is no cookie notice.

8. Links to social networks and YouTube

Simple links lead to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook and to films on YouTube. Content from these services is not embedded. Data is only transferred when you follow a link; the privacy notices of the respective service then apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An email to hello@realmaker.de is enough.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

11. Changes

We update this policy when the website’s technology or the legal situation changes.
