Offenlegungs-XML Editor.
Annual financial statements have to be filed with the Unternehmensregister (German company register) as an XML file – in a format hardly anyone masters without specialist knowledge. The Offenlegungs-XML Editor, a tool for creating these XML disclosure files (for example for the Bundesanzeiger, the German Federal Gazette), solves that. It is an own product of realmaker, and everything is in one hand: software, website, shop, client portal and service.

The backstory
For an internationally listed company, Michael Rademacher hand-coded the XML file for the Bundesanzeiger (German Federal Gazette) for several years – from a Word document of more than 120 pages.
The software
A standalone application for macOS and Windows, plus a browser version. It checks every document against the official schema.
Sales
Free trial version, shop with license tiers, license server with online and offline activation.
The service
Anyone who doesn’t want to create the file themselves books the conversion at a fixed price by page count – upload, processing and approval run through the portal.
